Cleaning & Stripping
We take your cookware down to clean, bare metal, no matter how bad the rust or buildup.
- Lye bath to dissolve grease, old seasoning, and heavy carbon buildup
- Electrolysis process to remove rust and lift iron down to raw metal
- Final rinse and immediate prep to prevent flash rust
Seasoning
We rebuild your cooking surface layer by layer using a controlled oil and heat process.
- Minimum of three full seasoning layers applied
- Each layer baked at precise temperature to fully polymerize
- Result is a slick, protective, non-stick cooking surface
How It Works

Lye Bath
The pan soaks in a lye solution that breaks down grease, old seasoning, and baked-on residue, safely and completely.
Electrolysis
An electrolysis setup removes rust and takes the surface down to raw bare metal, revealing the original iron beneath.
Seasoning
Three or more thin layers of oil are baked on, building a durable non-stick surface your grandkids will inherit.

Every piece is treated individually using lye bath, electrolysis, and multi-layer seasoning. We are a small operation and we take our time doing it right.

We are a small East Texas operation. Cast iron is heavy and does not ship efficiently, so we do not offer mail-in service. Drop off your cookware, we will restore it, and you pick it up when it is ready. Turnaround time varies, so reach out first and we will give you an honest estimate.
